I offer face to face, online and phone counselling for adults and couples.
Face to Face takes place in my self contained confidential therapy space in Aylesford Kent
Toilet and parking facilities are available.
I hold an advanced diploma in counselling an am registered with the National Counselling Service, I adhere to their ethics and professional conduct, as such, I provide a professional, safe, confidential environment to support you with your needs.
Typically, Counselling is offered weekly, on the same day at the same time. Sometimes twice a week or every other week where appropriate, we can talk about this further in your assessment.
I offer some evening appointments.

Initial Assessment – 75 Minutes - £55
Counselling Session – 50 Minutes - £55
